Terms of service

You need an account to use the studio. Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think it has been compromised.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old.

You keep ownership of everything you upload, import and export. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and deliver it back to you (and to viewers of links you choose to share).

You may only import or upload footage you have the right to use. Clipping channels typically work with the streamer's permission or within fair use; you are responsible for making that judgement and for complying with Kick's and YouTube's terms. KickIsrael imports only publicly available VODs and does not circumvent access controls.

Don't use KickIsrael for anything described in our acceptable use policy. We may suspend accounts or disable shared links that break these rules or the law.

Kick and YouTube are independent services; KickIsrael is not affiliated with or endorsed by either. Their availability, rate limits and policies can change, which may affect imports or publishing.

KickIsrael uses YouTube API Services to publish videos to your channel. By connecting YouTube you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and your use of Google data is also covered by the Google Privacy Policy. See our privacy policy for what we access and how to revoke it.

Accounts have storage quotas and processing limits that may change. Storage is temporary: imported footage and rendered exports are deleted automatically a limited time after they're ready (currently 24 hours), so download or publish what you want to keep. You can also delete projects, exports or your whole account at any time; deletion can't be undone.

KickIsrael is provided as is. We work to keep it reliable but don't guarantee uninterrupted service or that every import or export will succeed. Keep your own copies of anything important. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
