Copyright policy

KickIsrael respects the rights of creators, including the streamers whose broadcasts are clipped. This is how we handle copyright complaints about videos shared through KickIsrael.

What can be reported

Only exports that a user has chosen to share publicly are visible to anyone other than their owner. If a shared KickIsrael video uses your work without permission, you can ask us to remove it. Videos published to YouTube are hosted by YouTube — use YouTube's copyright tools for those.

02

How to send a notice

Use the report form or email support@kickisrael.com with: the link to the shared video; identification of the copyrighted work; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use isn't authorised by the owner, its agent or the law; a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act for the owner; and your physical or electronic signature.

03

What we do

When we receive a valid notice we disable the shared link promptly and notify the account owner. Disabled links can't be re-enabled for that export. Accounts that repeatedly share infringing material are terminated.

04

Counter-notices

If you believe your video was removed by mistake or misidentification, email support@kickisrael.com with the details, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, and your contact information and signature.
